William S. Cline ("Bill" to his friends and colleagues) was born in Athens, Ohio and graduated from Athens High School. He then attended Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio where he graduated with High Honors. He obtained his law degree from Case Western Reserve University. Bill is admitted to the Ohio Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit.
Bill’s experience in product litigation, commercial and warranty matters, commercial litigation, and litigation management has benefited clients in federal courts and nearly every state in the union, as well as internationally.
Bill has volunteered for many community organizations including the Student Loan Foundation of North Canton, the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of North Canton, and the Stark County Board of Elections.
In Bill's other career, his avocation if you like, he has served the sports car community as a nationally certified instructor at high performance driving schools at road racing circuits in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New York.
An avid motorcyclist Bill enjoys the rural roads of Ohio and West Virginia on his BMW motorcycle when he can.
Bill resides in North Canton with his family and one feral cat.
